Policy

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to confirmation.
  • Orders placed within 72 hours of service time are subject to change by the caterer without notice.
  • The caterer is not responsible for any loss or damage to food/beverage items once the order has been collected.
  • The 'guest' is responsible for any loss or damage to food/beverage/service ware/equipment, supplied by the caterer for the 
  • Orders cancelled by the 'guest', within 48 hours of service time, are subject to a fee equal to 75% of the original order Dollar amount.
  • Orders cancelled by the 'guest', within 24 hours of service time, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the original order Dollar amount.
  • All cancellations must be communicated to the caterer at earliest convenience via email / phone call  to
