Policy
All orders must be paid in full prior to confirmation.
Orders placed within 72 hours of service time are subject to change by the caterer without notice.
The caterer is not responsible for any loss or damage to food/beverage items once the order has been collected.
The 'guest' is responsible for any loss or damage to food/beverage/service ware/equipment, supplied by the caterer for the
Orders cancelled by the 'guest', within 48 hours of service time, are subject to a fee equal to 75% of the original order Dollar amount.
Orders cancelled by the 'guest', within 24 hours of service time, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the original order Dollar amount.
All cancellations must be communicated to the caterer at earliest convenience via email / phone call to
